EYE FOR AN EYE

BY RICHARD OLEKSIAK & GUY MULLALLY

MARGUERITE: She had some very nasty nails.

ROXTON: Not nails…claws. She had scales on her face and body.

MARGUERITE: How attractive.

ROXTON: Oh, not at all. Thought that predatory look in her eye was somewhat familiar…

CHALLENGER: You know, if you'd been a couple of pounds heavier…

MARGUERITE: Shish kebab.

MARGUERITE: John, please, if you get shot…

ROXTON: If I get shot, what?

MARGUERITE: I won't have anyone to antagonise, my life would be quite dull.

CHALLENGER: Based on everything I know about science, your presence here is impossible. But, if you know something that will help us, then I'mm willing to make an exception.

ROXTON: You lay a hand on her, my friend, and I'll rip your heart out…of you have one.

MARGUERITE: Do you know what that is? Love? It's to value another persons life and happiness more than you do your own. To willingly lay down your life for theirs. The man you want to be taught me this, he taught me more than anyone I've ever known. He help me find this love within myself. I love him and I never told him.

MARGUERITE: What has he done to you?

ROXTON: Nothing you can't fix.

MARGUERITE: Say something, say something…

ROXTON: What's a nice girl like you, doing in a place like this?

ROXTON: I feel fine. Like a new man in fact.

MARGUERITE: Not too civilised I hope.
