The First Time
Agents are
being killed, the Russians seeming to know exactly when and where the Agents
will be. It is obvious there is a leak at the Agency. Lee is handed a package
that contains vital information to help stop this. When he can't get it to his
contact, he hands it over to a confused Amanda at a train station where she is
seeing Dean off on a trip, telling her to pass it to the man in the red hat.
She is cautious at first but decides to help and when she gets on the train she
is met with the sight of a whole carriage full of men in red hats!
When Lee
learns that she hasn't passed the package on, he tries to get the package back
from Amanda himself. After suspension, several arguments with each other and
numerous chases, including one in a helicopter, they eventually find out who
the leak is and solve the case.
Billy then
asks Amanda if she would mind helping out whenever there is a need. Much to
Lee’s horror, she accepts and so begins one of TV’s most captivating
relationships.
SCENES TO
WATCH OUT FOR:
Definitely
their first meeting at the train station.
The
scene where Amanda meets Lee at the party and he’s standing at the top of the
stairs - great entrance.
Both
the chases in the covered car park and the helicopter.
ROMANCE:
Nothing to
speak of in this opening episode, although there are definite sparks at the
party!

this. Get on the train. It's a matter of life and death!
Amanda: Life
and death?
Lee: Hand it
to a man in a red hat.
Amanda: Is
this for real?
Lee: Just get
on the train, hand it to the man in a red hat. You can get off at the next stop
and forget all about this, just do it!
Amanda: How
did you find me?
Lee: We have
ways.
Amanda: I
thought only Nazis and spies said that.
Lee: Well, I'm
not a Nazi.
Amanda: You
have some place to go Thanksgiving?
Lee: Amanda! I
happen to like being alone. You'll notice that I don't even work with a partner.
Amanda: No, I
hadn't noticed. But that's probably because we were too busy working together.
Billy: But had
you ever flown a whirlybird before?
Amanda: No,
but it was just like my dishwasher, you give it a good kick and it will go just
fine!
Billy: Scarecrow,
I think we've finally found you a partner.
Lee: Knock it
off, Billy.
Francine: Oh,
you two are darling together. I understand she knits or something.
