PARADISE FOUND
BY MORRIE RUVINSKY
ROXTON: Without Veronica, we all would've been dead a long time ago and what we owe her has nothing to do with money.
SUMMERLEE: Oh, I hope I'm not interrupting?
ROXTON: Nothing important.
SUMMERLEE: Oh, really? You know, the way you two bicker, anyone would think you were married.
SUMMERLEE: I'm utterly speechless.
CHALLENGER: In which case, this must be paradise.
MARGUERITE: You really don't trust anyone, do you?
ROXTON: Only you, my dear, only you.
CHALLENGER: Where's Roxton?
MARGUERITE: Who gives a damn.
SUMMERLEE: Marguerite! Don't do it! Don't go! How could she?
ROXTON: Nature of the beast.
MARGUERITE: To hell with paradise.
ROXTON: Look, uh, about the other night…
MARGUERITE: It must have been the fruit. Clearly, I was out of my head. You and me…that's a disaster waiting to happen.
